Who has two brains ? I don't

This build is testing new input method to control two characters as one. The precedent version needed two brains, which would work in co-op but not everybody have friends.

New controls are :

• Left-stick = Move both characters the same way
• R-Stick/X-axis = Shorten / lenghten the distance between B&B
• LR Trigger = Spin B&B around the middle point separating them

Tutorial was not updated

To fully try out this functionnality, you need to get a gameover and restart. 

The efficiency of these new controls is of course up for debate :)

KNOWN ISSUES:

Yellow not moving at first before first gameover

B&B spin around themselves really fast if you try to shorten the distance

going OoB is really easy now
